I have a laser machine from Fotona Smooth Basic XS Dynamis, bought about 5 years ago via Technolase. I noticed it was cutting off, showing an ‘error’ and I needed someone to take a look, service it and do repairs as necessary.
Unfortunately, I could not reach our local distributor for South Africa as advertised on the Fotona website. I reach out to Johan from Technolase. Although they are no longer the official distributor, he offered to take a look and fix the problem.
I am so grateful for his kindness, his helpful attitude and willingness to help me out in this regard. He was reliable, and went out of his way to source a filter that was required for the machine.
My deep gratitude to him and his company Technolase for their professionalism and availability. I will highly recommend them.
