Servicing my Soft Light laser

I would like to say that I am incredibly grateful for your prompt response in servicing my Soft Light laser.

When  the laser wouldn't switch on, I was a bit upset at the possibility that I would not be able to use this laser as the mother company was no longer in the country and trying to repair the machine  was almost impossible. After making a few phone calls, another company who don't service 3rd party lasers suggested Johann from Technolase.

Johann was extremely helpful,  driving 280km to Limpopo province to collect the machine, repair and service it and return it within 2 weeks. It's not only working but in a far better condition than before the breakdown.

Once again allowing me the opportunity to treat my selected clients. Johann's service was prompt, professional and fairly priced.

Johan's super amazing service

Dear Technolase,

I want to thank Johan for his super amazing service when we had to get our laser machine serviced. We do not have anyone in Cape Town that can assist, so I found his number by chance from a lady who gives training on laser machines.

Johan has been super helpful and from the first message right back to the delivery of our serviced machine, he was extremely helpful and thorough. He kept me up to date every step of the way. He send photos as well as explanations on everything he had done. He was even willing to assist me over a weekend when I had a lift for the machine and to help, finish the machine in time for it to come back with the lift. I will highly recommend anyone with a laser machine to get it serviced through Technolase. It was really the best service I got from suppliers in a long time.

Thank you Johan for fixing the machine and sending her back in a better condition than what you received her in. 'Sophie my girl' is ready for new laser action!
